Million Dollar Hospitality was founded by Denial Abnes, a hospitality professional with over sixteen years of global, hands-on experience across the restaurant and service industry. Over the years, Denial has led operations, trained teams, and managed restaurants known for their strong service culture and operational excellence.
Through his journey, he noticed a common challenge within the industry: the lack of practical, experience-based training that truly prepares hospitality professionals for real-world success. Many training programs focus too much on theory or come with costs that make them inaccessible for smaller establishments. This gap inspired the creation of Million Dollar Hospitality—a platform built to share real, applicable knowledge that empowers individuals to grow and lead with confidence.

My mission is to make hospitality training accessible, practical, and transformative—empowering professionals to create safe, memorable dining experiences in Kuwait and across the globe.
